Amazing company. Best customer service I’ve encountered as of yet, extremely fast shipping and the follow-up emails are literally mind blowing. "We have two 10/40 Gbit switches in the…"

We have two 10/40 Gbit switches in the data center in a redundant storage configuration and one of the switches had a dead power supply. No problem we thought, it still has warranty. Warranty request made - yes and then went laborious story with FScom. Question from FScom, Did you pull out the power supply and plug it back in? Yes of course we did, we operate this switch in the data center and not at home under the table. Answer FScom, please make a video showing how to unplug the power supply and plug it back in. This is the first time I've asked what the heck is going on. So off to the data center make video, compress, send and wait. But wait, it gets even better. FScom wants, under the pretext that the switch is not broken, that we pull the power supply from the second switch and replace it with the faulty one and you can guess it, this also has to be filmed. Besides, Gbic is also broken and the same should be done with it. So off to the data center again and film everything as desired with the same result. We feel like scoolboys. Compress films again and send it to FScom. Now we finally get a replacement. But it took over a month and what if something else had failed? Who would pay for the additional work with trips to the Datacenter, filming and compressing the movie?
FScom makes good products, but the service is so lousy that we will certainly not buy FScom products again. There are other suppliers who also have the service under control.
