A complete fraud as when you ask for preferred matches in your home country they match you with ladies overseas. A complete disregard for respecting your time and most of all playing on people's feelings of false hope. All they speak about is upgrades to get better matches, what a complete joke. I had to block these people on WhatsApp and my personal email. You get better results with Bumble then this sham. I'm relieved as my membership expires today, woo hoo!

Most unprofessional business. Some employee kept calling me and asking for details I did not want to share with a random person. Kept repeatedly calling at night and when I blocked them they called me through whatsapp and sent an audio on how to behave with people and how not to ignore them.
Stay away from this site.

The profiles provided were inaccurate and did not meet the requirements. The feedback team's responses were rough and lacked professionalism. They did not demonstrate an understanding of communication ethics. The customer service agents called on WhatsApp without asking for permission. Additionally, there were no unsubscribe options on their emails and they did not value customer privacy. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this service to anyone else.

Its unprofessional way to steal people money by arranging a pick and choose match without respecting my point of view of the match and also without respecting my criteria as per partner description and put both in a whatapp group chat without my concent.

I am requesting a full refund as its unethical way and unprofessional way to arrange a meeting just by the above process.

Its not yet 24 hours that i have join the website and i want you to deactivate my account there then proceed with checkout my funds in my account.

Note that you never mention a trial at the beginning nor to pay 20,000 mur for your full service nor there is a limitation after taking the GOLD service in getting the girls numbers else i will never jump in your program.

Still im waiting for the 3 rd paragraph to be process by your team.

I not get nothing from your website and your service but only stress.

Agent comes across very sweet and professional, ask you to be a FULL member to have 100% success rate.
Soon as you join, you are harassed to upgrade to VIP,as full membership will not find you a bride, you are told this all through the membership period.
When you ask to cancel they won’t refund you.
I stopped using the portal and just left my membership to expire...
This could have been a good site with nice profile and success rate,if only they were not so greedy !!!!
