Please who so ever is looking for a match, never join this website.

I joined this website as a free member. Soon after joining, I started receiving calls from one of their customer care executives suggesting that, many people are trying to get in touch with me. She then said, if I want to connect to these people, I should in return make contact and for that, I should make buy a membership. I wasn't conformatbale buying the membership, but then she showed me multiple profiles who matched my partner preferences. With the promise that she will help me make contact with these prospective potential partners, she forced me to buy a membership of 7000 INR.

Just after the purchase, all those fancy profiles just vanished from the website and never made any contacts with these people. I repeatedly asked the customer executives about the better prospects, but she couldn't show any. I was extremely frustrated with their unprofessional behavior. After lodging multiple complaints, they returned my calls saying that because of my poor activity, I cant find prospective partners. She suggested me to buy another membership

I was frustrated to the extent that I asked them to refund the money and please delete my personal details such as phone number and email ID from their website. But inspite of multiple complaints they never deleted my account. To date they keep emailing me and also I receive calls from people. They have breached my privacy and trust. I want to take this to the consumer court.

"100% fraud.."

100% fraud..
I created free profile for my brother.. a lady named Ratna called me to buy 3 months premium plan. I told her to give me some time as I have newborn baby. She was so unprofessional as she used to call me 10 times in a day even at mid night around 12 am according to NEW ZEALAND time, I request her not to call me many times as I have little one... she forced me to buy a premium package as she said she has many matches.. than I paid my money.. could not find any matches there were 3 matches and those were free profiles as well. I sent emails to Ratna to call me she didn’t call me at all, later on I. Called in the office and every time they say wait Ratna is calling you on your phone but I never get any call.... I highly recommend NOT to trust MATRIMONIALSINDIA.COM. They are cheaters

"Unprofessional"

Unprofessional, do not know how to manage site data. My money is totally wasted . My daughters data corrupted from 23 to 36, from Australia to India and worst of all from Never married to waiting for divorce, basteds.

they call 100 times to ask for money and they cannot fix the data on their data base. useless people. I may go legal let me know other people who are interested.

"Frauds"

I paid them Rs.3200 for 3 months premium membership and I have been duped. When I found about MatrimonialsIndia, I checked their reviews on Google, which are great, I created a free profile for my sister, immediately I found they have very less matches, they’re(yes, till today) total 11 matches in their database for Arora and Khatri combine, only used their app for 5 mins then stopped. Few days later, they started calling me, and pitching premium services. I went to meet them in person at Weblink’s office at Rama Road. Two Executives, Ms.Dikshi and Ms.Archana attended us. They assured they have many more profiles, which I will be able to see once I buy their premium services, and everyday they would update new matches as per our requirements in a folder called ’Perfect E-Match’. Those two employees didn’t know how to use the app or website, I was guiding them, they couldn’t even login on their computer and were using my phone to show me some features, which I already knew. I didn’t paid anything at that time and told them I would think about it. Next day I started getting calls from Ms.Rakhi who is senior executive, she assured they have many good matches, she even started telling me some details of kind of profiles they have the phone, which matches our requirements and said they have even more, although I now believe she was lying. I agreed to buy premium service, and paid 3200 online.I was told the profile will be activated in 24 hours, and we would be able to to see Premium verified matches as per our requirements, and more features on app will be available. It’s been 6 days, I’m only able to see those same 11 matches which were there under free account, no new profiles not even one, there is no filter option to select cities or states, there is no option to discard or block a profile. Even, when I don’t use any filter and select show all, I don’t see any new match, they don’t have any database, and all of them seems fake n lame. All their executives are dishonest, incompetents. From past 3 days I have fighting with them, asking where are those matches which you promised, why there are no new matches. All they do is, they ask me to send them screenshots, and they nothing. Later, I scanned their Google reviews, checked profiles of Google reviewers, and found all of them are fake, all those reviewers have only reviewed Weblink’s group companies, which is the parent company of MatrimonialsIndia. I’m very disappointed, I would advise to never buy any premium membership from them, never pay them for anything, they are frauds.

It's totally wasting our money to pay this sites, I have recorded all the conversations with them and also shared in Social media as well to stop this kind of frauds.

They took the money, but they didn't provided proper services. It's a planned cheating from their companies that they are maintaining and also our Indian Govt. is supporting for these kind of mantrimonial sites.

Seems the govt. politicians are supporting for this sites to get benefit out of it in some other way...

I would suggest don't pay for this sites, if you want to take any service. Just check and pay for right online sites.

This is totally wate of time and money were spend with this site. As they are promised lot, became premium member but doesn’t worth anything there. The moment you pay it the money, than that’s it nobody’s bother anything. I have pay it and nothing will delivered as promised. I will call it fraud and cheating site don’t try anyone and any more

Mr personal recommendation..don't go for this website ..entire team is full of frauds specially Ratna chaudhan and Pooja khelwal team. they will promise you big time and they have nothing to deliver. my experience was... that i am talking to some low class ppl. quite surprised for business how can they hire such frauds in their business. they just full of lies and frauds ..save your money don't entertain them.
