They are very bad at their services. They only fetch money from clients by making them emotional fool and once they received money, they dont care about their clients profile. The staff(Girls) are very trained to fool people and play with their sentiments. Two of the girls Varsha and Inderjeet but may be every staff over there, they are extremely bad , only take money make emotional fool and then after making excuses and excuses and don't provide good profiles at all. So be aware of this company and try to find by yourself. I don't recommend them at all. They are not even eligible for one star. They are the worst at their services. don't be fool by them when they say they will help you , not they dont. They are trained robbers. I give them Zerooooooooooooooooooooooooooo........... Curse you all.

I was checking for some online matrimonial sites on Google. Matrimonials India with its simplistic and clear approach appealed to me.
I browsed through the site a couple of days. When I used the search I found some profiles which I found interesting. I realized that to search further I needed to register.
I also used a couple of other sites, but was hounded by so many calls that I dropped them and after consideration registered with the site as a free member.
After profile activation, I was prompted to complete my profile, add photographs and also get my phone number verified for better probability of finding apt life partner. They also listed out profiles that matched my looking for criteria.
In a few days, a Sales Consultant got in touch with me and guided me on the features of the services. She also took a keen interest in explaining how to make the best use of the service. She suggested me better search options, how to send interests etc.
When I also discussed on some profiles she said that if I wanted, I could opt for Paid services. The lovely part was that she first told me all about the services of the Free membership and told about the paid services and all its features. The said plans and all comparisons were also given to me.
I was not sure so decided to wait for some more time. Though I was not a Paid member, yet I got some interests, also 2 profile holders connected with me. They called me to discuss further but unfortunately it did not go through.
Then after 3 weeks of free membership, I planned to go for paid membership and I was helped with the proposals of the paid memberships. In fact post my payment, one of the members of their verification team yet again called to confirm if the payment was made by me and also clarified all the services so that there is no confusion. Such thoroughness and clarity is great.
I was only accessing the site on weekends or some free time, but they continued to do their part and sent appropriate matches.
In fact, the classy part came when I mentioned in a casual interaction to my relationship manager that I was bogged down by work and was hardly finding time to connect and in fact my parents were pushing to narrow down prospective profiles, she immediately stated that she would be keen to help my not-so tech-savvy parents in using the site.
In a span of a week, my parents in Indore were shortlisting profiles for me to see and once I okayed it, we were in touch with a profile holder pooja she turned out to be the one I had been looking for and after some telephonic conversations, our parents got to discuss further.
