"Poor service and delays"
Delays in sending samples , and order paid for awaiting delivery of chosen paper . Did not arrive, told that it was now a recently discontinued line and had e-mailed me to that effect 3 weeks earlier. I have not received this mail. Poor service, should have followed up with customer sooner and refunded monies taken at the time they knew that they could not fulfil the order. Apologised profusely but I feel very let down by delay and not having goods I had searched long and hard for.

I received excellent customer service from them. In the end I had to cancel my order because there was a delay in delivering my wall paper because of a factory issue. However they kept me updated on the issue and try to resolve things ASAP.
