"Stressful wait!"

Technician arrived in time slot and was professional, making sure I checked that the new key worked correctly. The only issue is lack of communication about my order, as I received no confirmation or updates whatsoever! As a result, I spent a week anxious that I might’ve been scammed. Please improve your customer service!

"This company is not recommended"

I sent a key to be serviced as it had an intermittent fault . Received the key back quickly but it had the same intermittent fault . I have sent two emails and have called many times but the phone just rings out . Garbage service from this company and I’m currently £69 down on the deal . Don’t use these cowboys , disappointed as I only used them as they are owned by Timpsons .

"Went the extra mile"

This company went above and beyond to provide a spare key for our Astra after the home pairing did not work. Shout out to Jonathan who was so friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Would recommend them for the dedication and commitment to delivering the service we wanted.

"Dont use this company"

I filled in there form,informing them that my key did not have a chip .they accepted my order. They took my money .£69,+£6.80 post.After two days my key came back with an invoice.key did not work.sent an email .was told the do not replace chips.This was not explained on there email,no offer of a refund until I complained.no cover note ln the return envelope

"Fantastic job"

Fantastic job! I didn't even now that my key fob can be repaired! I was ready to pay £189 for new car keys, instead I paid just £69 for repair. Everything went really smooth, got my keys back within about 7 days. Thanks a lot

"No fuss refund if you need to cancel"

We had booked two remote key fobs (universal type) to be programmed, but then had to cancel the job (with a few days' notice). I sent an email requesting a cancellation, and a lady called me the next day to process the refund. They also confirmed by email that all our documents had been deleted from our account. So, as far as this experience goes, we were completely happy, thank you!

"DO NOT USE!!!!! THIEVES!"

DO NOT USE!!!!!! THIEVES! They have stolen my money.
Their website advertises keys for cars that they cannot fulfill the order for (chip unavailable for the affordable ignition only option) but they take your money and don't bother to tell you. They have still left the option on their website! I receieved NO phone call or email, it was the Timpsons facility that called to tell me I couldn't have what I'd paid for. Apparently they have been told many times. In the end I had to buy the crazy expensive option direct from Timpsons who have rang KeyNow twice for my refund (I was present at the Timpsons branch and they took my card details AGAIN ). I have spoken twice myself to KeyNow. I have emailed twice. I have filled in the contact form twice....still no refund. I am going to report them next, to everywhere I can. AVOID THIS COMPANY WHO STEAL from customers.

"Great service at a reasonable price"

I was initially a little worried having read some of the reviews but the service was excellent, which you'd expect being a Timpson company. I booked a date and time slot at my convenience. You need to give them a few days to order the key and you need to submit proof of ownership. There weren't many Comms before the day but on the day, the mechanic text me with his approximate time of arrival then set up the new key easily and quickly. Would definitely recommend!

"Excellent Service"

Very good service, easy to order, went with a new key cut and programmed at work. The option of an AM or PM time-slot. Technician was super friendly and didn't wast my time, he got it programmed and gave me a ring as soon as he was done for me to test it.. only constructive feedback I can give is for a more accurate time slot on the day itself, just a text saying ‘your technician will be with around x time’ would have been a nice touch.

"Fault description"

I spent ages writing the fault with my fob and the site kept saying it hadn’t happened. Just much detail do they want. They can stick their service where the sun doesn’t shine.
