Hi All, don't bother listening to the advice to contact the support team using the email address given here, the team doesn't respond either.
I sent an email using my registered email as advised here recently, and havent heard anything back. You'd think that after ignoring my messages on the portal for over a week and then posting a complaint on here on top of that, they would have prioritised my case. Nothing, complete con.

Really poor service, no impact on interview volume. In fact reverted to my old CV and immediately had 4 interviews and two job offers.
The basis on which this website make there claims is actually not very widely used and has no basis in facts or figures they can reliably stand behind. They use a mix mash of freelance writers who have a brief outline but no real experience or expertise in CV writing.
Save your money and do buy into their corporate over-speak use of insignificant language and over complication of donating a simple document.
I have asked and the have no data whatsoever to offer backing up the claims they make on the website or to show value to the CV rewrite they provide.

Following on from this awful experience an attempt at saving face by replying offering assistance. In actual fact no attempt to find a resolution, but lots of bluster and offer to have a senior writer fix the issues, basically admitting the initial poor job, I have a job I got without using the product and have no need for an update now! No acknowledgement of the fact they are governed by the consumer rights act and distance selling regulations. Complete disregard for customers, quality of product and the laws of commerce. Utterly embarrassing and shocking behaviour.
