So far, so good. Only been two weeks, since it took many weeks for the bottles to be delivered to me in Ontario, Canada

I received the package when I promised. Once I received the BIO-X4 I tried to start the program immediately but I struggle with swallowing pills and capsules. I emailed customer service to see if I can open the capsule and was told I could. So now I open each capsule and drink it with a full glass of water. Unfortunately during the Thanksgiving holiday I got off schedule and haven't been able to get back on track with my diet and workout regime so no fault to Dr Amy and her team but I can't confidently give it 5 stars just yet.

I received my order today. However, I failed to see that I placed my order incorrectly. I received the probiotic complex and I actually wanted the bio x-4. I tried the probiotic complex but I don’t feel that it helped with cravings today. I really like the bio x-4 As it has helped me with cravings and feeling more full

My husband says I sleep very deeply with no sound or movement. He has said, he has checked on me to make sure I was not dead! LOL I feel very rested when I get up in the morning!

Starting to see some benefit and hoping this will continue for the next month to encourage me to be a regular customer. Some weight loss already with a bit more energy. I also seem to have had some prostate health benefits but I'm not sure this is due to Nucific. Is that possible?

I really love the nighttime formula as it helps me get to sleep faster and I stay asleep which was a huge problem for me - So far I have used 4 of your products and they seem to be helping me.

I have only been using for one month but have had some success. My sugar cravings are decreasing and my bowel problems are getting slightly better. I am still having severe pain at times and some bloating and gas but I am seeing some progress I am going to continue at least 6 more months before making a final decision
