"7 days in"

So far I've only been using the product for a about 7 days. Feeling like there has been some postive changes to my digestion and appetite suppression.

I'll be able to give a better analysis after 30 days and will update this again.

I have doing another program just couldn't lose the weight I needed. So I thought to give this program a shot. I also combined nucific with the other program and combined it all with an intermittent fasting program and I'm at 150. I feel great with a ton of energy and I feel comfortable in my own body that I have never felt before in my life. So I proud of how far that I have come 😁

It simply has done nothing for me. I used it for several months, four I think. I kept to my usual diet--lots of veggies, high protein and minimal carbs besides the veggies and I lot no weight whatsoever.

I only started about a month ago and I ran out before my next bottle came. I changed my order date to an earlier date so that would not happen again. So far I am liking this product very much. I was having indigestion before bed every night so I was trying to eat my supper no later than 4pm. I seem to be having less and less indigestion. Excited to see how it goes this next month.
