I have been taking Nucific for about a month now and I do feel better however I have not lost any weight yet. I am going to try another bottle and see what happens with my weight and see if it helps . All in all it’s a good product so far .

So far, so good. I’m down to 171.4 pounds and 2 pants sizes. I’m sleeping better, but I’m still not happy. Last week I had the worst gas I’ve ever experienced, but I think it’s my lactose intolerance not your product. I’ve cut out all cheese which is really hard to do living in Italy and it’s getting better.

I have not yet noticed any weight reduction; however, I have noticed a better tolerance with some foods. I have a sensitivity to bread (gluten) and other carbs, such as rice and potatoes. These food items cause bloating and discomfort, and in some instances, bread can send me into a very unpleasant IBS episode. My tolerance for bread and rice has been improved, and I have not had an IBS episode since starting BIO-X4. This is a positive for my diet and for my quality of life. I remain optimistic that with time I will also see a reduction in weight.

This is not the first product I've used that claims you will achieve some "amazing results"; in this case, however, I can report that since beginning taking Nucific Bio-4, I am experiencing more energy, better mental attitude and some weight loss. I plan on continuing taking the product and as time goes on, adding others products from the product line. Slow and steady as she goes!
