I have been using this product for 37 days. It has helped tremendously with my cravings. Before Nucific, I could control my sugar and alcohol intake for about two weeks, but then I would experience extreme cravings and once I gave in to them, I would have such a hard time getting back in control. Since starting Nucific, I have had no added sugar, artificial sweeteners or alcohol. The only thing I wish it did for me that hasn't happened yet, is helping with my constant constipation. My pkg arrived so fast!!! I began with 1 each morning & now take 1 twice daily. I rarely get lunch but keep some in my desk in case I do. I’m less sluggish and sleeping better.
