I have been using Bio-x4 for about 2 years now when I first started did not notice a difference. it took a little bit but now i dont really suffer much from indigestion or acid reflux thanks to this and few others that I have been using. The only thing I would add to this is maybe a pill container or a plan creator on the website that after filling it out will recommend which ones to purchase to help with that.

I have been maintaining my weight since starting because I am no longer addicted to sugar!!! In my early 70's now, it is so good to have these benefits that I was beginning to think was "old age" and irreversible!

From the outset I felt less bloated and improved digestion... Now I can also affirm that I have less of an appetite for food at meals...
