"As an 85-year-old senior"

As an 85-year-old senior, I found my digestion and subsequent bowel movements to be more efficient with less volume; for me, that is a great positive. My energy level is better, and my weight control takes less effort. After about 90 days on BIO-X4, I'm delighted with the results.

"Not What I'd Hoped For"

The product came relatively quickly and is easy to use. I do feel better, but I am not seeing the type of weight loss I thought I'd see. That is even with me exercising and eating less. There is no magic pill. This isn't one either.

I have lost 60 pounds. I feel great. Your basic formula works well to help control appetite and cravings for sweets. It helps with digestion as well. I will continue to use.

I am losing very slowly but i am not as constipated as before. I am also eating kimchee so I am not sure what is working better, the kim chee or your product. I am also at the gym 3x week. I am determined to lose those extra pounds.

It has really helped with not feeling hungry after I take it and helped me eat less and feel full. The probiotic in it has also helped me because I have diverticulosis and I don't get constipated much any more. "indigestion"

I have been noticing that I have much more energy and and don t have indigestion anymore. I am eating too much though for my age of 75. I need to exercise more and have not done that.

I set the bottle out on my counter to remind myself to take it and carry some in my purse to remember before having anything. I usually fast and eat by 2 PM. I have lost about three or 4 pounds and have tried to eliminate sugar and other bad foods. I have tried to increase my exercise and I do feel healthy because I just had great blood work done and it all came back normal well except for the HDL and LDL gotta work on that lol I tend to be a snacker in the evening- I have been using the little guidebook. Even though I may not like some of the recipes it gives me ideas on the types of food groups to eat. I like the appetite suppressant- wish it was a little stronger lol however I am really happy with everything!

"Changed gut health"

Starting in April & then again on May 20th of this year. I couldn’t keep down any of my food. Even water would come back up. I couldn’t eat for two months. I survived off of saltines & liquid IV.
