While my weight is slow too come off I do have more energy and I have followed the recommendations for the changes in my diet. This may sound a little weird, but I can tell my bowel movements are more efficient than they were. I understand it takes some time for the weight to start to drop but given the positive aspects I've experienced so far I have confidence I will start to reduce the weight
