I've been using Bio X 4 for almost 2 years now. Gut health is huge, especially with the average person's diet these dats. The Probiotic aspect really is key. It helps set the stage for my guts to work much better at taking in what is good, and passing what isn't. It does help to curb cravings, and makes maintaining my weight quite easy. I've tried many things when it comes to my health, and most of them fall by the way-side before too long. But I really feel and see the benefits of Bio X 4!!

"My time with Bio X4"

My journey is born of necessity and reluctantly. The need for a better pro biotic, something that could go where no normal product would dare. This is a one way trip with no chance for survival in this hostile environment. Probably shouldn't give a review and will not give my name, someone will advocate that these bacteria have rights and I violated them.
The information video is long and too long in my opinion. Something about Dr. Amy Lee's presentation compellingly kept me focused. The sales department are very formal and they did not try to upsell. They do use flash sales, which I could do without. I allowed the product to acclimate in my system for the first 90 days then increasing the dose while remaining within healthy dose limits. So far I have only had positive results: decreased appetite, no craving sugar, or binge eating. On the negative side are a bunch of snacks which will not be eaten. Kind of like a bad stock investment that won't leave. I receive offers to try new products and the emails seem very sincere. She even includes diet journals so customers will not need to buy one. I don't like sharing what I eat yet this is good because the change is not always obvious. If I could afford it, I would give a 90 day supply to my friends and family. Many haven't a clue of the importance of maintaining digestive health. This is personal to me and I was working with my Healthcare team for years. Stores are filled with these products but they do not work as well as Bio X4. Hopefully they will continue to put out quality product. I haven't had a bad shipment yet, each is packed and shipped in a way which allows for door-to-door tracking. I like that it can fit in my mailbox or tucked somewhere porch pirates will not get to it. The package is weather resistant and the products are safe in their containers. Each time I call I get a representative. Dr. Amy Lee also will send information which can be useful in other areas outside her own. Like her mission really is the health of people regardless of where it comes from. I do not know if she is a real person but this Bio X4 is, she has different products which perform differently than this one so please do not confuse them. This product is not for losing weight, it is for promoting a good level of healthy intestinal bacteria which will work with person only if he or she is reciprocal. Still working on that part, I am only human. Enjoying foods naturally and without added sugar is a blessing. Plus it saves money. My intestinal health is much better yet this is only the beginning of my journey. My weight is steady and overall health is good so I cannot find any fault with Dr. Amy Lee's product.
If I wake up looking like my 18 year old self then this product is next level and going way beyond what it is intended for. I haven't experienced any illness from taking it. Hope you will give it a try, health is all we have and we should cherish and protect it.

Okay, for the last 2 years, I kept running to get to the bathroom for explosive # 2's! Sometimes I'd make it. I had to wear feminine pads. The worst times it would happen at work or in my car. I watched Amy's presentation and I thought, maybe if I get my gut in a little better shape, I would stop this digestive issue. But, thought to myself, I can't afford this as a widow and on a single income! But Amy, you sent me the Pebio(sp?) cleanse and I started taking the Bio and it started to change my situation! I had been diagnosed with diverticulosis a couple of years ago. So after a horrendous stomach virus where I had it coming out of both ends for almost a week, I thought, well, I'm old now and thought I had to be like this the rest of my life. I'm so glad I tried this! Now with BioX4, I only have occasional upsets and it's usually based on what I've eaten. I started out with, I think, 2 capsules at meal times and then changed to 1 capsule in the morning and evening. Thank You Amy and all those who created this product! God Bless All Y'all!

I like bio-X 4 for gut health. I quit taking Plexus BioCleanse and Pro-Bio to take these pills.
I am disappointed that I have not lost any weight (not one pound) despite taking Bio-X4, pro-trim, and Hunger Balance Advanced Formula for the last 2+ Months. I was hoping the combination would speed up my metabolism, but it did not.
