I love BioX4. It helped me lose 85 pounds and keep it off for 5 years now! I have always regained all the weight in the past but not with BioX 4. It helps with cravings and believe me I loved chocolate and craved it all the time. This is the only product that has kept me on track. Love and recommend it to my friends!

I think it helps, but I don’t think it’s a miracle worker. When I have stopped taking it for a month to see the difference, there is one, but NOT a major one. I believe that a change in diet is truly the key; although aid in digestion is always welcomed. But if you’re NOT eating food that is hard to digest, and/or you (as an individual) shouldn’t be eating, then taking a probiotic isn’t a “have to” but more like a “I should” so that it does aid in digestion
