I would like to share my experience with Nucific. I started using the product approx 15 months ago. At first using Bio X4 3x per day as instructed. Later started taking Probiotic Complex 1x per day with the Bio X4 before my first meal. Combined with exercise (tread mill and rowing machine) and diet (intermittent fasting). I’ve worked really hard but the supplements helped. Especially at first I could really tell it curbed my appetite. Also improved my digestion and eliminated issues like indigestion which I had frequently. Today I am 80 pounds lighter, look great, and feel great. I have been using Biox-4 for a few years now and it is a game changer! I do not have any real digestive issues, have been able to go off my acid reflux medicine, I don’t worry about the kind of food I eat and have lost weight as well.
