"No return shipping reimbursement"

After I ordered the product I got hit with a large tax bill so I had to send the product back. I did not open the bottles. I had to pay $14 to return it but they wouldn't reimburse me. I felt that, under my circumstances, they should have reimbursed me that shipping charge. I'm 71, on a fixed income. $14 is a lot to pay for nothing. 0 Recommation. I'll order priducts from my Amazon Prime account. Sue

"Extreme Side Effects"

Nucific BIO-X4 did not work for me and yes, I took it as recommended. I was suspicious from the start with this company as there was only a login option and no way (at the time) to create an account. I was reassured that everything was copacetic even when I wanted to cancel before getting the pills. Every agent tried to talk me into not cancelling and I gave in. I was assured everything was good and I could cancel any time which really made me feel confortable in continuing with my recurring purchase. I have GERD and its usually mild until I began to take this pill which aggravated it in the worst way. It gave me gas, constipation(forgot this on their little form), and extreme heartburn. After I stopped taking this I felt relieved. So I decide to cancel and it was whole situation. I was told that because I used Paypal that I couldn't cancel for security reasons and told me that a credit or debit card is recommended. This is not professionalism. If you supposedly can't cancel because of Paypal (turned out to be false) then do not offer payments through Paypal. After a few minutes my account was cancelled leading me to believe the strategy is to keep you paying no matter what unless you really push for a cancellation. These practices show me that this company is more concerned with the money than with the customer. I'd be careful. One star for the cancellation situation.

I order the Bio X4 and thought i would try 1 bottle to see the results. I cannot comment on results at this point, still pending, my problem is they claim free shipping ( this is only in the US) the pricing in your final cart again only US dollars but until payment is processed you will not know of this. so you are expecting at $47 charge on your visa that turns into $67 charge. this difference may affect your decision on whether to buy or not and how many bottles to purchase ( now that you actual have to pay shipping) I also signed up for the txt option for additional discount and received no response. I don't mind paying for a product that works but there is alot of misinformation along the way. It takes approximately 3 weeks to a month to arrive so i am not sure when the 90 days guarantee takes place. please update your site to convert to the currency of the country its being shipped to. Its not fair to find out when it's already been charged.

I have been taking supplements now for 6 months and started to take Advance Slimming Prebiotic for about a month now. I was quite active till recently when our weather (Canada) has drastically been colder. I have been unable to do as much outside and resulting in joining a gym and changing my physical training. I have been taking Bio-X4 for nearly a month. On the 3rd week I had lost 10 pounds! Since then, for the last week I have added the Carb - C6 and the Probiotic Complex. Since I haven't weighed myself in a week, I'm anxious to see how much more I've lost! People have noticed and I haven't felt better. Finally I feel like I am able to empty my intestines. "Not honestly priced on the website."

I have just order the product after a recommendation from a friend. What is disappointing is that the pricing on the website is completely misleading. A pack of three bottles is selling at $129 giving a claimed discount of $168 on the “regular selling price”. Meanwhile, Amazon is selling the same product for around $32 per bottle meaning you are way better off buying from Amazon. Its all very well have a good product, but please be honest about the pricing. Also, I find the high pressure sales tactics whilst trying to complete a purchase (having to decline numerous offers of additional products at “bargain” prices) to be off putting, particularly since I now know that the prices on this website are no bargain.
