I don’t really see any significant changes. However, my blood pressure is normal and staple. I would like another couple of months to review and revise my observations, please.

I've been using the probotic and bio4 together for a couple months now and they work great on my digestion my gut health has improved 100% I don't crave unhealthy foods as much and my vaginal health has improved so much I suffered from chronic yeast infections that wouldn't ago away no matter what I tried or used untill finding these products and using them together would recommend to everyone

I do not use digestive enzyme. I use probiotic complex. It has helped me tremendously. I used to use Bio x 4 but this is better. I use a CPAP machine and had terrible stomach cramping in the morning. That is completely gone.

Am still using product. Believe it helps with digesting my food better. Bowel movements have changed. When stop product become constipated. (my history is not one of constipation). Bio4x does not have any affect on my appetite. Have lost some weight. But I believe that loss is due to starting Intermitten fasting and going down to 2 meals a day. Hubby likes using the product.

I start every morning with Move 360. It works quite well and it is quite noticeable if I should accidently forget to take it before I eat breakfast. I actually need to order more so I don't run out! I recommend this highly with two thumbs up! :)

This product i have been using a yea or more. It has helped my digestion from my EPI/IBS.
My bowel movements are so much better. When I do eat to much I take to . Helos avoid stomach problems.
