This product is great so far I followed the directions of the video to cut certain foods out my life . Taking the vitamin before meals sometimes I forget. I have been using the product about 30 days so far I have lost 10lbs so far without exercise no crash feeling or jittery feeling I notice more energy and my digestive system is better these are my results and was nervous about buying the product I'm a mother of 3 and did not want to waste money on the product but I'm glad I brought it and I will be buying more soon.
