It was hard to remember to take the pill but once I remembered, it's like an automatic thing ..take bio x4 before u put food in your mouth. The first thing I immediately noticed was going number 2 shortly after eating, which is different for me. I usually go once a day or once every other day. So that was definitely a plus. The next thing I noticed is I didnt feel hungry all the time. Then I noticed I wake up with more energy, I now wake up before my alarm! The last thing I noticed, I am eating less, almost 3/4 of what I usually eat. It takes a couple of weeks to see results but keep taking bio x4, it really does work!
