Doing well on Bio-X4. Fewer food cravings, if any. Wt is the same, I have kept up with food journaling the whole time, almost one month now. My hair and nails continue to grow as if I were on a multiple vitamin.

"first opinion after starting.."

I have been using the X$ product for about 3 weeks now. I have gone from constant constipation to a free complete movement now. I have lost 8 pounds so far. The weight was not of the upmost concern but the internal movement was a real issue as I was going about 1 time a week which is unhealthy and mad me feel bloated and "stopped up"

I feel lighter. I don’t generally take pills, so getting use to the routine was hard, but I lost 10 pounds within the first two weeks without changing my diet. I do eat pretty healthy with fruits and vegetables during the week, but I eat whatever I want on the weekends. This product doesn’t upset my tummy and makes me feel good.
