I haven’t lost any weight yet but I feel better. No constipation and only 1 case of heartburn since I’ve been using the Bio-X4. I feel like I’m sleeping better too.

One question, though. I noticed that each pill has 90 calories wow that’s a lot! Should I count those calories if I’m trying to lose weight. For example, if I’m only eating 1350 calories/day should I deduct 270 calories from that so that I can only eat 1080 real food calories /day? That’s not very much food.

My husband notices that my skin looks like it is glowing so I hope that means it is working. I haven't lost any weight. Actually, I have gained 5lbs. I want to see more weight loss. There are no side effects to taking the pills, as far as feeling sick or anything. I take it religiously. I have been taking this almost a month. I hope to see some weight loss results soon! I am thankful for glowing skin.

I was having stomach issues after almost every meal. Once I started the Bio-X4, I no longer had the stomach issues. I have been taking it a little over 3 weeks now. I will certainly continue taking this!

My experience with Bio X-4 has been encouraging for me. It was not sudden nor immediate of a difference, but over the month that we have been using it, I am noticing that my digestive system has had fewer rumblings after I eat, and that the over-all functioning of my digestive system has been smoother. I credit this to the 3 ingredients (Amylase, Bromelain, and Lipase) which aid digestion! Thank you for combining those 3 things in 1 pill!
