Biox4 is really a "magic" pill for me. I had to take 4 to 6 pills a day to support my digestive system(I have enzymes deficiency). Of course I would forget to take my pills some time. Biox4 has everything I need in one pill, very convenient. Biox4 ingredients combination works very well for me.

I have been taking Bio x4 for almost three how my cravings have diminished. I still think of surgary sweets but the overwhelming feeling and constant thoughts until I give in is nonexistent. My bowels are moving much better and this is great because as long as I can remember I’ve never been regular. I also have cravings for fruits and vegetables.

Ive been taking it religiously 6x a day for almost 30 days and I definitely notice a difference, I don't bloat nearly as much (and I really, REALLY used to have this problem). I do still bloat but not to the point where I feel uncomfortable or feel super huge. Also it has dramatically improved my digestion. Like NO FREAKEN JOKE. I feel lighter and just healthier. I would honestly recommend.
