I like the simplicity of it and I'm finding my response is good so far. You never know how your gut is going to respond to something new. I have had no adverse reactions and also seem to be having a better feeling in my gut overall.

I gave 4 stars because I havent taken for too long so I really dont have a formed opinion. So far, so good, no stomach problems and bloating seems to be better.

The product is decent, but their customer service department is just awful and will continue charging for you bottles that you did not authorize. I did lost about 10 lbs at first, but this product is not designed for those who need to lose 50+ lbs because it will not happen. Good for wanting to drop a few lbs.
