Had my property on the market for 6 months with Yopa had 4 viewings they were useless.Decided to go with online estate agents from the very start Bill came out have a realistic valuation within 4 weeks had an offer.Special mention to Sarah that worked so hard and kept me in touch with everything that was happening, I must stress this was not an easy sale due to the buyers solicitors being less than useless but she did not give up and pushed all the way.Thanks to her hard work we completed and exchanged yesterday. WOThis company purchased my contract for sale from an administratore when LOC8 went into administration.
The ONLY service provided was to change the sold sign to one with their name on.
They
required a new contract at a higher price to re-market the property when the sale failed to progress
repeatedly failed to return the keys to the property
Denied any knowledge of the sale when approached by the buyer for the keys to the property
Forced the buyer to drive from Liverpool to Leicester to collect the keys
