Rakhee and Sharan were fantastic throughout the process. They were active for booking viewings in and were even more active with the aftersale service. I was in a 7 property chain which had a lot of complications. Rakhee especially went above and beyond her responsibility and helped me immensely in the process. Seriously impressed with these agents, particularly after being badly let down by emoov.
I asked Jason, the local agent, for a price for quick sale. He clearly got it right because the house was under offer a week after going on the market at about top whack for the area and that size of house. Sam and the folk on the phone are really excellent and actually listen to what you say - not usual going by past experience with the local estate agents round here. They are also very quick and efficient in negotiating the price and then liaising between me and the buyer. I never did need to use the online dashboard as we sold so quickly.
