Very pleased with the efficiency and customer service. Product could not be sourced in my county and was delighted to see that the switch I had been trying to get was obtainable from Lampspares. Will definitely recommend this company and I shall use them again in the future if the need arises.

I wasn't sure what part to buy to repair a table lamp so I emailed lampspares with some photos of the part that needed replacement, measurements and details of the issue.
I received a prompt reply to let me know that my request was received and that although they are extremely busy my query would be attended to in due course.
A couple of days later I received an email with details and a link to the part I need, what parts to keep to complete the job. They made my simple request simple to deal with and didn't make me feel like a 'plumb' for asking about such a basic repair.
So instead of disposing of a perfectly repairable lamp and buying a new one, I was able to fix it myself for just a few pounds.
