"Unreliable"

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying. Poor customer service. I’ve been left without the products I bought, over £130 worth, and after a month of them “chasing” it they’ve offered no help. They’ve ignored emails from me and refused to send evidence they’ve done anything to help. Plenty of other more reliable companies out there.

Notwithstanding I did get a refund, my beef is that this company wanted to charge me a premium for what 99% if companies do not and that is, simply removing VAT as we are Zero rated by HMRC for same.
Very very poor company policy, to charge 20% to process

I cannot recommend Temptation Gifts highly enough! It is a family owned company and it is so rare to find customer service this excellent. They truly go the extra mile to really ensure quality and customer satisfaction… all whilst being so polite, helpful and easy to contact - in fact a JOY to get in touch with! You simply do not find that anywhere else. This is a one-off company. I would never hesitate to recommend them, and when I need future gifts they will my first point of call.

"Terrible Management"

Awful service. The manager if you could call her that. Swans around like a child in a nursery, any queries you may have are simply not dealt with and to be honest the staff are more interested in chasing each other round the shop talking in silly voices. Well I’m sorry, but I expect a standard of professionalism and this was way way below. I’m shocked with the immaturity of the management team and won’t be shopping in this store again.

Fantastic customer service. First time ordering from temptation gifts and I would highly recommend. They quickly answered a query I had and my items arrived very fast and exactly as described.

Livraison plus rapide qu'indiquée initialement, articles de qualité moins chers que sur d'autres sites, bien enveloppés et en parfait état à l'exception d'une boîte de cartes de Noël très légèrement enfoncée sur l'arête. N'ai pas eu à payer de frais de douane, ce que je redoutais à la lecture des conditions générales de vente sur le site. Depuis le Brexit, c'est une vraie loterie: ou ça passe ou ça casse sans qu'on sache pourquoi.

Fantastic service! I ordered on two separate occasions during December, both parcels were packed and sent within a few hours and both received next day! Excellent service whilst all other deliveries and companies were delayed due to Christmas and various strikes. Cannot fault!
