We were very fortunate to be gifted baby clothes from LGR for our 1 year old and they are so lovely. They very generously agreed for me to choose another item and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. The item arrived quickly, suitably packaged and a really good quality item. This is such a great company their clothes are quality and very attractive. The items are dispatched quickly and they really care about their customers.
In one instance, I had to leave an honest review stating that the size did not match the size of my child, but explained as I had taken the tags off I couldn’t return and had just reordered the item, one size up. I was disappointed when the same problem happened again.
The company went out of their way to get in touch with me to discuss the issue. They offered me a voucher covering the cost of the items so I was able to buy something nice for my son. Such a lovely company and the clothes are quality. Would highly recommend

The customer service at this company is top notch! It is very hard to find great companies these days but Little Green Radicals is one of them. I had a minor issue with my order and the attention I received was absolutely incredible and far exceeded my expectations. The products I ordered were of great quality as well. Moreover, they pay great attention to the environment and global sustainability.
