"Quick and painless"

It was a little difficult to gather the evidence for the form at first with just my mobile whilst abroad. Luckily I was able to borrow a laptop. I would recommend familiarising yourself with the form before setting off on holiday so you have the information handy. The acknowledgement of my claim, the response and the deposit of the money happened so quickly and painlessly. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

Having had travel insurance for years and never claimed, I was apprehensive when having to claim twice (delayed baggage and a small medical claim) on a policy taken out with True Traveller. To my surprise, it was very easy and could all be done by email. The claim handler (Patrik) was very quick at responding and letting me know if anything was missing. The claims were both paid and the money was in my account super fast.

They were only small claims, so it would be interesting to see how they are with larger claims, but my experience so far has been very good.
