Fantastic customer service. I had a few dificulteis on completing the application. I got in touch with the Live chat team who immediately replayed to my query. The advisor was very polite and efficient. He then guided me step by step on what needed to be done in order for me to complete the process. The full conversation was then emailed to me, which made things that much easier and safer. Right away I new made the right decision going with True Traveller and that I would receive the right support throughout my travels.
