I have insured through True Traveller for several years now. I love that their policies are clear and easy to follow. On the phone, they have been incredibly helpful and willing to answer all the questions I had. On one occasion I was in hospital so I could not get to a trip to Europe. They re-imbursed my travel in a quick and efficient way. Excellent service and packages: highly recommended.

I have only just taken out the insurance so haven’t had to claim and can’t comment on that process. But the layout of the policies and information provided is much easier to understand than other providers. There is good inclusion in the standard / mid-range policies.
