Half an hour or so later I got an email from Dan at the shop saying another batch was due the following day and would I like to add the extra 3? Outstanding attention to detail, followed by really fast dispatch of excellently packaged bottles.

Butlers sent me the wrong bottle of whisky because their website was wasn’t updated properly. Frustrating given that I won’t be able to get the correct bottle to give as a gift when needed.
