"Product quality control really bad "

I ordered 2 A2 white frames, one was ok (hence 2 stars) one was very badly constructed with one corner not aligning. I went through the return process (customer service was very helpful via email) I had to send back via prepaid courier service before replacement sent. Replacement was also damaged, chunk out of the back on one side visible from the side and this was prior to plastic wrapping as that was undamaged. There was also a sticky substance along one side of the frame that had picked up dirt. As I couldn’t face going through it all again I cleaned with sticky stuff remover and will use to protect the print temporarily until I can get a better frame. Won’t be buying from Cass Art again.
