When package arrived it was split open with the cheapest item missing, art paint brushes, the delivery driver who is our regular delivery man explained that it was split open when he got the parcel but that he had been careful with it and kept it on the seat next to him because he didn't want to loose anything. I wrote an immediate email detailing the order number and missing item. It's taken over nearly 2 weeks to get an non automated email back and they are now investigating!
The item was under £10 in cost however I don't have the money to give away on nothing. I would have thought a replacement or refund would have been automatically offered as Amazon would have done. Not the case and I would not recommend.
