We had our bathroom surround tiled and new flooring put in. Chilliwack Carpet One gave us the dates for installation and their workers were there when they said they would be. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Thank you!

The Sales Rep, Laurie McKay, was a great help in choosing a carpet and when the carpet layer ran into a problem she was right there with backup. So most of the job was done on time, the furniture movers were able to put back the furniture by 4:00 pm and the carpet looked great.
The carpet layer was very accommodating, through no fault of his, a water pipe had to be replaced which meant one small area of carpet had to be attached later. He cheerfully returned and finished the job 48 hours later.
I would certainly use Carpet One again.
