Phoned them at 9am. By 1300 that day Ash had arrived and in under 20mins had fixed (replaced the barrel as it had failed) my lock.

I was looking on line for a replacement lock and found Barnsley Lock & Safe, their communication and advice was second to none. My old lock failed and they managed on 23rd December at 1330 to cut extra keys, supply lock and send on an overnight delivery, it arrived by noon on 24th. The ABS cylinder is really smooth and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you to all staff involved.
