"Disappointed, was good until recently"

I was rather pleased with chemical, i've ordered from them at least a couple of times.
Unfortunately my last order was wrong. I can understand the confusion as the one I should have gotten and the one I got are both black label vinyls. I purchased TMSV's Difference/Difference (J:Kenzo Remix) but got Ghost Ship/Lost Cause by TMSV & June Miller. Therefore I called twice, emailed with photos and received the 'confirmation' that 'a member of our customer services team will respond as soon as possible' but one month later on, still nothing. I ended up spending over £10 on a vinyl I already had...
