"The worst"

I have read previous reviews and my experience is the same as others: very negative. Customer Service telephone number rings on and you cannot get through...until it just says sorry we cannot answer your call. I had a collection cancelled without any reason and no slots available to rebook ...no wonder they are in trouble!!!

"Amazing service"

I know Mrs Hinch is all the rage, and I am by no means besmirching the great work that she does, but Laundrapp is absolutely brilliant for the days where I simply cannot be bothered myself.

The app is very easy to navigate, and the turnaround time on the service is way, way quicker than driving to my parents to get stuff cleaned and pressed!

The only downside is that now my exercise bike is clear from laundry so I’m reminded of its presence and have to use it.

Always such a great experience using laundrapp. The app is really quick and easy to use. The service is fantastic, from pick up to delivery. The drivers are friendly and give the service a careful and personal touch. Laundry arrives home looking pristine. I would definitely recommend.
