Habitual and consistently poor service. Have had over a dozen absolutely awful experiences with this company, including: (a) damage to a number of items; (b) entire batches of laundry were dry-cleaned (and charged as dry-cleaned) rather than laundered at roughly 10x the fee; (c) drivers consistently do not show up at scheduled delivery times; (d) drivers show up hours early, unannounced, and call your mobile phone asking if they can pick up or drop off clothing; (e) laundry is frequently not folded, wrinkled, and appears to have been tossed in the bag; (f) overcharges have often not been reversed without escalation.

The listed phone number has changed frequently, and it's often impossible to communicate over the phone to resolve serious issues. Poor customer experiences are the norm, not the exception, with Laundrapp.

"Feeling ripped off"

I did not appreciate the massive increase in the cost of the double bed set a while back and I am totally unimpressed with the fact that you refuse to accept a DOUBLE top sheet instead of a duvet cover as part of the double bed set and rip me off by charging for two sheets. This amounts to sharp practice!!!
