Quality of dry cleaning (for shirts) has deteriorated significantly. Shirts are rarely pressed well and occasionally have black marks on them.

This company has the best customer service I have been offered for a long long time. There was a confusion with one of my items and the team were straight on it and so helpful . Sam and Salah have really shown great customer service skills and have been quick and updated me even quicker. Thanks a lot this is a great app and company to use.

They accidentally washed instead of dry cleaned a brand new cashmere jumper, shrunk it to literally half the size, and point blank refused to take responsibility or compensate me for it. £200 straight down the drain. Will never use them again.
