"Great concept, Poorly executed…"
It's a great concept which is executed poorly. I have lost count of the number of late delivery's, missed delivery's, the App will randomly change the date you have chosen for collection or delivery making it days later than your original choice. I can't wait for the new dry cleaners to open near me so I can stop using Laundrapp!!!!
*Edit - now after 3 days of missed delivery’s I am being told they cannot locate my clothes! Almost £500 worth of work clothes! This time they really have surpassed themselves!

"AVOID this company, questionable morals and totally irresponsible."
AVOID this company - look how many negative reviews they have - is it worth it?? They lost all of my underwear and then refused responsibility or compensation. I used their wash, dry & fold service. Firstly, their driver tried to cancel the collection saying he couldn't find my apartment. I got straight on to the live chat with them because I could literally see his van on my road. He finally showed up (late) without any apology. I handed him my laundry, but when I received it back ALL of my underwear was missing. WTH? Nothing else was missing except for my underwear. The company were totally incompetent, denying responsibility saying that because the items aren't individually tagged for this service they aren't responsible. Complete nonsense. As a laundry company, they have a duty of care to look after items left in their hands and in this regard they clearly completely failed. Again i'll highlight the fact that it was ONLY my underwear that went missing without a trace - embarrassing for me, and also insidious in my opinion. They compensated me for the cost of the service (£15), but not for the items lost, which was around £100 worth. I was not even expecting a full compensation, just the value of the items at the time that they got lost, but received absolutely nothing except deniability of responsibility and a pathetic "sorry we can't help you".
This company is absolutely untrustworthy and feckless, if you happen to lose an item in their wash, dry & fold service, don't expect to have a happy resolution, so only give them items you'd be happy to lose!
Edit: they replied to this review below but did NOTHING to resolve the situation. Don’t be fooled, their replies mean nothing and are a thinly veiled attempt to make themselves look better.

"Laundry fine, everything else poorly executed."
Actual laundry is fine, but the collection and delivery, with predetermined hour windows has let me down three consecutive times, with offers of discount codes on future orders being the only compensation for my time - waiting around for drivers to turn up, or having day long delays in returned clothing, missing deadlines without informing you, in spite of the company seemingly knowing about the delay and not just updating you. Today was the last straw - after a two hour delay I contacted customer services, and this then seemed to trigger off a driver coming all the way from England (I’m in Scotland) - so I’m not sure if the original driver just forgot to be on shift and went on a trip to England, or they dispatched someone from a few hundred miles away which just seems woefully inefficient and unenvironmentally friendly. Unfortunately I’m stuck with a 10 suit bundle and keep having to use them, or just waste my remaining credit. They seem aware of all their shortcomings but don’t seem to actually demonstrate any change or compensate customers for their time in any meaningful way.
- see below - I actually have screenshots of the driver starting in England and watched him drive from Carlisle to Glasgow and then into my area. Unfortunately no option to add here.

I found this service and I keep you using it. It’s easy to book on the go with the app, it’s punctual and reliable and the cleaning is of good quality. It just resolves the problem of dry-cleaning!
