App is easy to use, love being able to see where the driver is when collecting and dropping off.
Clothes are always cleaned and pressed well.

"Woeful Service, Consistently shoddy"

Didn't pick up last night, got in contact with Laundrapp who sent another driver to come pickup, they didn't pick up either which meant I stayed up til midnight for no reason and had to be at work at 7.00 the next day (today, which has been hell obviously). Have had to reschedule the pickup to today, by myself because god forbid Laundrapp have the sense to rectify their own errors without me chasing them. Had to run home to give my laundryto them on my lunchbreak, which means i basically did not get a lunchbreak. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened, I'm aware there's many dry cleaning apps out there now, will definitely be taking my business elsewhere even though they tried to placate me with a measily £10 discount.
