"Excellent Clean"

I've used Laundrapp quite a few times now and I've never been disappointed with the service or the clean. The team are always friendly and polite (even early in the morning)!!!! I love having my feather and down duvet dry cleaned it always comes back smelling so clean and fresh. Can't ever see a reason not to continue using them.

Used for years, fantastic service - get two high 5s every few weeks and you’re sorted for work or dress shirts. Sometimes the tracking of the driver is a bit off (says they’ll be late then they’re on time or vice versa) but never much of an inconvenience.

Used these guys for the first time this week. Both garments sent back uncleaned.
Wool coat sent back worn fluff/ hair all over it and crumbs in the pockets.
Other coat had marks and grime on the collar. Found a tissue in the pocket even though they’d taken the time to fasten the pocket.
Now trying to get a full refund.

Have busy schedule usually, Laundrapp works every time for weekend pickup and late night deliveries. Very reliable and quality is great. Pricing inline with the street.

Some of my cloths was not completely cleaned but the response from customer service was quick and satisfactory and offered to re-clean for free to solve this.
