Ive used Laundrapp for the last few years and recently ive noticed a significant drop in customer service. The last two occasions ive used the service:
- The driver failed to turn up
- A shirt was lost and not delivered back for over three weeks
- Sanj customer service employee dealt with the issues i was having very poorly. Failed to call when scheduled. Scheduled drop offs that were cancelled
- incorrectly charged for shirts that i had already prepaid
- compensation that was issued was wrongly applied
