"Very Good Cleaning Service App"

Very intuitive app with very professional drivers. I especially enjoy the range of cleaning services, the “packaged” options for bed sheets, option to amend/change orders and option to leave cleaning instructions. Always been on time.

"Avoid"

Avoid! I used them for their Laundry service and they completely ruined 10 items and a bunch of others are semi ruined. It’s a shame I can’t post pictures...

and Yes that's correct you can't find me in your app because I deleted my account I will not be using your services any more... EVER you can find just some of the ruined items in Yelp it's all the pics uploaded under the name Mar.S Enjoy!

"This service just acquired Zipjet and…"

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
This service just acquired Zipjet and it was the first time Ive used it...and the last time. They not only messed up my order despite the fact Id told the driver and live chatted them in advance to confirm it- when the driver arrived and I complained he showed me that he had got my order correct but his boss had written back 'thats an unlucky zip jet customer then!'
They not only ignored what I wanted. they thought it was funny.
Utterly useless and I've just cancelled my account. They also never answer the phone. DO NOT USE

"Service has declined terribly"

I used to be a loyal customer but their service has become unreliable and poor. Late collection and delivery, cancellations, lack of notification etc. I need reliability so I have deleted my account and am giving Laundryheap a go who have 4.5 stars. Please note Laundrapp, there is no point blaming poor service on your merger with Zipjet for, as you are finding out to your detriment, customers do not care about this.

"Don’t use it you care about your clothes"

I used their service for the first time last week and my clothes got return damaged.
One shirt has been returned with multiple stains and the customer service has not replied yet

I wanted to compare with the competition and really regret. They obviously don’t care about the clothes and washing/drying needs.
Pickup and delivery delay longer than other similar service
Highly DON’T recommend

"Absolutely terrible service!! Destroyed my items"

My items were returned back to me completely destroyed. I now have to buy new pillows and covers as well as paying nearly £60 for a service that left stains all over my bedding. I am so disappointed and upset and the customer service team haven't even responded.

Company reached out to offer to look at the items then they have not responded again. I now have a situation where they want to inspect the items themselves but refuse to pick them up.

"So i have used Laundrapp 3 times due to…"

So i have used Laundrapp 3 times due to wachine machine issues. Every single time they have collected and delivered over 30 minutes late or have not turned up at all, leading me to have to rearrange with no refund. Things then got worse. I booked another service which was collected this Tuesday (was meant to be Mon but of course they were late and had to rearrange). It was then delivered on Thursday 10th and to my horror, the clothing was still dirty, ALL MY SHEETS AND TOWELS and likely some items of clothing was NEVER RETURNED. This is a joke that i have paid for this awful service and for them to steal my belongings from me - AND charge me for it. Of course i contacted customer service, of which was useless! This is an urgent matter, i cannot get hold of them on the phone, via email they say they will get back to me in 3 days which is a joke.

"Service was 5 star for more than a…"

Service was 5 star for more than a year. Now they are using a zipjet provider in Wimbledon. Quality of service has dropped substantially with creased shirts and incorrect orders now the norm.
