Excellent service and finish. Really helps a busy lifestyle which removes the burden of travelling to the dry cleaners. Also use laundry service occasionally when the washing basket builds up!

It was an amazing service until they have changed over or merged company’s. Such a shame as it was the best. Now very unreliable with delivery’s and pick ups.

Sounds like a great idea doesn’t it. Fuss free laundry and dry cleaning to and from your door at times convenient to you. The prices are high and worth it for the convenience you thought.

Well we all thought wrong.

"Avoid."

Three weeks in a row they had some excuse for cancelling the return of my order last minute. They took 50% off my bill, but then didn't return all of my items, and are now not responding. Shambles.

"Quality went straight down when the prices shot up"

I used Laundrapp many times in the past. Having spent a lot of money on the app, I noticed that the prices have radically gone up since the merger, and I’ve had a missed collection, some of my buttons missing/broken.

I tried contacting the support team for information about the missed collection to no avail. My order was cancelled once the expected delivery was passed with no message, no update, no response despite repeated contact attempts.

I checked trustpilot before re-attempting, and reading the reviews below, I can see that I am not the only one to experience that, and that it’s not worth giving it another try.

"Untrustworthy."

I received a notification saying my payment method had failed and to enter a new one, I thought this was strange as I am a regular user of this app. After multiple attempts with multiple cards it appears that there maybe a technical issue with the app. Having got no response to my email or on the phone I got through to someone on their online chat who has told that they can not arrange delivery until the technical team has resolved the issue and won’t give any timescale for when this could be. Apparently for security reasons they can not take payment via any other method so I am left without my shirts. You would have thought as a regular customer they would have returned my laundry while sorting the payment after or give me another option to make payment. Such a shame as I won’t be able to trust this service again incase the same thing happens.

Service has become so much worse in recent weeks. Failure for collection to turn up twice in a row. Customer service seem unconcerned by poor service. Difficult to get a resolutionl Will now have look at alternatives
