"Used to be on zipjet - laundrapp has made it awful"

Used to be on zipjet - was super happy. One day I am told welcome to laundrapp. Two orders, two problems. First time badly ironed shirts, then delivery problems. Customer service has fallen through the floor and help is utterly non existent. Cannot recommend

"I've had my last order rescheduled…"

I've had my last order rescheduled twice. The company doesn't communicate these issues in their service in time. They don't have any customer support available in the evenings to help me understand if someone is going to be attending to my order or not. The mobile app is not helpful in case of issues.

Update: After reading online and talking to the support I found out they had merged with another company and people had lost their clothes. I haven’t returned to use their services ever since.

"Oh my days"

Oh my days! should be a fantastic offering - seems so helpful, good app, reasonable price but i've not had a single order that hasn't had problems! This culminated in losing shirts!
customer service team is either very very stretched or just doesn't exist other than Holly!!

"Unreliable service"

I am sorry to say but I can't trust Laundrapp anymore. Simple, they don't provide any service.

I put my order for collection 3 days ago through the app. On the day of collection and after receiving a message that the collection would be delated, I received a call from the customer service that they had to cancel the collection. They asked me to reschedule which I did for the day after.

Yesterday, the did the same! They canceled again the collection of the clothes, but this time they didn't even bother to call.

That means that the don't really care about us, the customers and by sending a mail, can fix all the inconvenience they cause. Wrong!

It's almost half day after and still they haven't replied to my mail to customer service. No excuse, no reason why, no apologies.

No I have to pay extra money for speed cleaning, as Laundrapp doesn't really care anymore.

Furthermore, the live chat simple doesn't work!!! No one available after 19:00! Really? What kind of customer service is that?

"I'm still missing shirts - Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service, my last order arrived with week of delay, needing several calls/emails and live chats to clarify the situation, and with little to no proactivity or engagement from part of Laundrapp.

Even when it arrived, One of the shirts coming was not mine, and I'm missing a shirt. and on top of that, 5 shirts from another client were delivered to me by mistake. Despite having contacted Laundrapp serveral times just after receiving the shirts, I'm yet to hear from customer service on any resolution.

I'm missing a shirt, but another person is missing 5, which I have and no one from Laundrapp seem to care or be able to do anything about it.

please help, this is hopeless.

"Shocking service! I only wish I'd read these reviews…"

I only wish I'd read these reviews before using this app. The pick-up arrived 9 hours late with no blue bags as promised, and now I've been billed for a sum three times what I was quoted. What a bunch of chancers! Stay away! By the way if Laundrapp think I'm going to let them get away with taking money out of my Paypal account, I've already raised a complaint, and this is just the start.

"A mess of a service don’t bother"

Used to like this service, but this time complete bodge. Ordered a bag of washing and suit for cleaning on a Thursday to be returned on Saturday for the suit to be worn that evening. Been trustworthy before so had no concerns.
Then come pick the driver was late by an hour for collection. The app which shows you where they are showed him miles away. But then the door rang it was him . Ok I guess the live track has got an issue.
The next day I received an email saying your pickup could not be collected today. Confused I looked on my cctv and see a driver came to pick up what was collected yesterday. Looked on the app and it told me to reschedule my collection which has already been collected?? So I decided to contact them through chat and the they said there is obviously a problem and they will make sure this is sorted out a soon as possible. Chat ends. Looked back on the app and it showed delivery due for Sunday (not Saturday as paid for and needed for). Back to the chat and asked when will my washing be delivered? They said we have it as Sunday 13-14:00. No, I need and booked it for Saturday and this was confirmed in an email. They just said we will investigate and make sure it is updated and then just cut me off. With no contact or update or correction shown on the app come Saturday morning I start to panic. Checked when custom service opened on a Saturday and website said 7am. Tried chat at 7:20- 7:40 - 8:15 - 8:45 - 9 (as no phone number just chat and email) and nobody there clearly not available from 7 so lies. 9:38 finally got through and they said due to a technical issue the order has cleared and the soonest they can deliver is the next morning. Great so no suite. Thanks for the update too! Cowboys. So I think all is now sorted and check app and say order picked up the morning it was due for delivery and will be dropped of Monday ! What is this... just as I’m about to go back to chat I missed a call on my phone from Laundrapp and left a message saying that due to not being able to collect we will be clearing the order! About to ring back for a fight and check the app and it says now the order collected on Friday and will be delivered on Sunday morning. Well let’s see! I won’t use them again that’s for sure!

"Used to be great, what’s happened?"

I have been a long time customer of Laundrapp (from launch) and invited many of my friends and family to use them. However there has clearly been a sudden and drastic drop in the quality of their service recently. They returned my order 3 days ago and I discovered that one of my shirts was missing and they had given me someone else’s sweater instead. No worries - this happens. However, I have raised this as a complaint multiple times (at least 6 different ways) and apart from an initial response, no one has responded and no arrangements have been made for me to get my item or return the item which was wrongly delivered. There is no customer service line to call and the online chat messenger has no available agents. I hope I eventually get my property back and I wonder about the other customer who is probably also upset about their missing item. They used to be so much better at this - but alas no more. I would advise potential and current customers to be wary.
