Delivery and re-delivery always on time. Would like to get more timely updates on reasons why sometime they do not proceed with some of the laundry services.

Finally an App I can trust to pick up and deliver as I schedule. Also like the ad-hoc reminders that the driver will be around and do I want to the advantage of that to schedule a pick up, the offer to pick up without specifying what you are sending as they will sort it out later and the handover a new batch when they come in to deliver.
Client focus, which is what it should be about.
